I’ll give you an example:

Let’s say the purchase price of the property you are buying is £100,000. Using the normal method of purchasing that property in today’s market, you would require approximately £30,000 to buy it, which equates to your 25% deposit plus your buying costs. Using our unique method, taking the same purchase price of £100,000, your total investment would range between £0 and £2000. This obviously provides you with the opportunity to grow your property portfolio with extremely low personal cash outlay,
